🗣️ Special announcement:
As this is a special day with the first launch of astronauts from Kennedy Space Centre since almost a decade, we do this SpaceBrewery differently. We will start with a short “House Keeping” presentation but then go for two very special keynotes. The first one will be given by Romain Charles (ESA EAC, https://www.linkedin.com/in/romaincharles/) on his experience on Mars 500 and the confinement that astronauts need to deal with (a very up to date topic). He will be followed by Joao Lousada (ISS Columbus Module Flight Director, https://www.linkedin.com/in/joaolousada/) on “What does SpaceX Crew Dragon first mission mean for the future of Human Space Flight”. Then you can either have splinter discussions on related NewSpace topics or join in on general socializing while watching together the live feed of the launch at 22:33 (Munich time).

🚀 SpaceCafe is a global series of events where volunteers passionate about space curate regular speaker series covering space topics from science to business, from engineering to art.

🏆 Different to most digital events, we will host it in a “World Cafe” style. We will start with a short keynote altogether and then we split in several break out rooms to discuss further in smaller groups. There is also the option to just go for liquid networking in our virtual Beer-Hall room – Prost!
